Motorway circuit around Prague, viaduct Řepy – Ruzyně

Final design of a bridge in a fly-over crossing, containing also access ramps. The structure 170,0 m long is a part of a motorway viaduct of the total length of 1026,0 m, separated by an expansion joint. It has a cast-in-situ prestressed concrete box superstructure of 5 spans of 25,0 m to 38,0 m.
Design 1999 to 2000, construction 1999 to 2001.
Conceptual design to final design, responsible designer and structural analysis of the 170,0 m long structure. Aesthetical cooperation Arch. Danda. The design was elaborated during previous employment (Sudop Praha J.S.C.). Responsible designer of the viaduct was Marcel Mimra, Pontex Ltd.
The whole bridge was awarded as The bridge of the year 2001, given by the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic.
